What’s the provider your company subscribe the docusign plan,. it is only available for customer which subscribe from docusign website. If your company subscribe from docusign partner like us: https://partners.docusign.com/s/partner-profile/aNQ8Z000000wk2dWAA/freelink, you should check with partner. they will contact with account manager and give you the account bill information as you want.
