Hello DocuSign Admin,

 

I am wondering if the site maintenance could have affected my signing order on my document. There was an error in the order, and I am not sure how to explain this issue. Please advise.

I apologize for the confusion here, but this article is referring specifically to the Docusign Community site (https://community.docusign.com/). We (the Docusign Community team) do our best to let community users know when to expect the community site to be down. The community site being down for maintenance has no effect on your in-product experience at https://www.docusign.com/.

While it is very uncommon, if there is an outage with any of the in-product experiences, it would be reported here on our product status page.

If this issue persists and/or you have any more questions about your Docusign product experience, please don’t hesitate to post it as a question in our eSignature discussion category so our community of peers and experts can help you reach a solution!
