I created a Web form with an existing template. Can anyone let me know how to setup a conditional attachement depending on what the user chose in Web form?

Same question for a conditional signature depending what input information. For example if a payor exist then I want the payor to sign the form. If not, then no payor signature required.

The conditional attachment and conditional signature can be setup in the template. But, I can't find any documentation on how to do that in Web form.

I appreciate you sharing your concern. Web Forms are currently incompatible with conditional document fields.

Regarding the attachment field, this field will not be included as an option at the moment of building and using your form but will be available as part of the document fields during the envelope signing session.
