+1Hello, I am having issues getting verified based on my passport. I have tried many different things from clearing cache, to using wifi vs data, using different phones, computer combinations. Nothing is working. Here is the history log that I get. Does anyone have any ideas what else I can suggest the sender to do to make this work? Thank you. Sam
