Hallo guys, I have the personal plan (5 envelops per months). I used them all in March. Now it is April and I am trying to send an envelope but the sytem says that I have used all my envelops and that I have to integrate the plan..Do I miss anything? Thank sos much for your help!

Could you verify in which day of the month did you started your Personal account Plan?

 

For example, if you started it on March, 4th only 30 days later, it means, April, 4th you will get more 5 envelopes. Every 4th day of the next month you’ll get 5 envelopes.

Thus, it’s counting 30 days (a month) from the date of the start of your plan.
