How do I set up formula to flag the following: IF (Value1 > Value2 by 200) OR IF (Value1 < Value2 by 200), THEN flag both values in red ???

Can you elaborate on what you mean by "flag both values in red"? Do you want the values to turn a red color? Or is it just the outline of the box the values are in you want it to turn red? What would be those values?

Would like to implement a hidden logic field that would compare the 2 values. If the difference between the values is 200 or less, then the values maintain same coloration. However, if the difference between the values is greater than 200, then the values turn red.

Sounds like it would be a combination of a Formula and a Conditional setup, but I am new and unsure how to correctly insert the formula.
