Who do you contact at DocuSign when there is multiple documents that have been fabricated and forged using DocuSign on a laptop with stored information - The documents were not sent via email

The fabricated forged documents using DocuSign or copied and pasted as such were filed into a superior court. I have the documents and dont need the content - I do have the envelope numbers and the signature numbers and would like to know when created and when the signatures were applied, date, times - we already know that backdating occurred and need to show fabrication if the DocuSign documents do actually exist at all ?

Also, you can contact Customer Support and a Tech Agent can assist you with checking if they are real or not, you can create a support case by clicking the link, and we’ll address your request as soon as possible. https://support.docusign.com/en/contactSupport 

 

If you’re not able to open a Customer Support case via the above link, you can scroll down the page to “More Support Options” and select "I can't reset my password or don't have an account." You will have different options to contact Support.

I have tried the locations you have mentioned all I have received in return is sorry for your inconvenience - I did receive and email that stated the one envelope number I used to open a case, couldn't be located by the serial number. and requested confirmation, I sent it again both email and, on the case, I have received no response.

I have sent all the numbers attached to the suspicious envelopes along with the signature numbers - I do understand it does take a bit to confirm but haven't received any response or updates. So, to understand that DocuSign Legal and Security doesn't assist and that I should go customer service? to actually find the information I'm requesting?

If you have the envelope ID's of the suspected documents, a Support agent can assist in checking if these envelopes are real (meaning that they can look it up in our system).

Okay - Now the question is is DocuSign used onsite on a laptop computer only ? and not sent via email - is this standard practice

Hello,

Thank you for reaching back.

DocuSign can be used on a Mobile device, tablet or laptop, or any other device that has a browser and an Internet connection, DocuSign also has mobile apps for Android and iOS.

Every envelope would need to be sent either via email or SMS, the only way for a recipient to not get notifications would be if the email server blocks them or if the recipient has their own DocuSign account, so they blocked these notifications from there: https://support.docusign.com/s/articles/How-do-I-manage-my-email-notifications
