Can I set Document Visibility at the template level?

I have my Document Visibility settings enabled, but I want to be able to choose which documents would be visible within the template itself - I don’t want my sales team to have to select it every time they create an envelope. Is that possible? When I look at the settings in my template, the checkboxes for each document visibility are greyed out.

Welcome to the Docusign Community and thank you for posting your concerns!

Does the recipient need to sign the document that needs to be hidden from them? Document Visibility hides document from those that do not need to sign the document therefore it shows grayed out but if the document does not have any fields it should be available for selection: Set Document Visibility

@nathaly.monge I need all documents to be visible to the sender, and only one document hidden from the customer recipient. This page that needs to be hidden from the recipient does not require them to sign that document. But I do want the sender to be able to see every page, even if they don’t have to sign a page themselves. What is the best settings to use for that?

Welcome to the Docusign Community and thank you for posting your concerns!

All documents are visible to the sender, Document Visibility can only control who can view a set of documents, it can not be applied to specific pages of the uploaded document. The setting in the Admin/Settings tab > Sending Settings that can allow you to do what you want can be either: Must sign to view, unless sender or Sender can set "must sign to view, unless sender".
