could not find bulk send botton

I hve purchased BUSINESS PRO, but I could not find bulk send button in my account. I really make me sad.

According to the DocuSign Pricing page, Bulk Send is part of the Business Pro Plan. If you raise a support ticket, I believe the Support Agent will assist you with this after consulting the Account Services team.
