incorrect name used

I filled in an entire application and realized it was under the incorrect name, if I change the name will everything disappear?

You are able correct the name without it having an impact on other fields that you filled out in DocuSign. This may not be available for certain signature types. In that case, reach out to the sender and ask them to correct the envelope.
