I ddin't realize I was signing up for more than one month. Docusign didn't work for my purposes. Please cacel and refund this month. I may use again in the future for real estate but not for my current needs.

Did you want to downgrade to a free account instead of cancelling?
It is still free but you can keep and access all of the envelopes you already sent in your account for future reference. Additionally, you can access all DS documents sent to you in the future, in one place. Lastly, you may want to re-activate sending functionality to your account. This way you can keep all your settings, you just won't be able to send anything for signature.

Either way you'll need to (https://support.docusign.com/en/contactSupport) Contact DocuSign Support and a support Representative will be able to verify and assist you. The Community doesn't have access to your account and can't do it for you.
