Please let me know how others can access and download the document I have sent the envelope to.

Hello,

Thank you for reaching back.

Very well, so to be able to have other users access your Manage Tab or other user's Manage Tab so that they can do several actions, you account administrator would need to do the below.

Go to:

  1. Settings
  2. Select the Users option in the left menu
  3. Select the user that will have their Manage Tab shared with other users
  4. Select the "Actions" dropdown
  5. Select Manage Shared Access and Share Access with users
  6. Select the user and select a Permission Level, every permission level has different actions, The Sending permission level allows users to send on your behalf and either of the permissions sets allows the user to download: https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?bundleId=oeq1643226594604&topicId=rdu1656546423934.html&_LANG=enus

Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in certain DocuSign plans. Your account plan might not support some options discussed in this help topic. All recipients of the envelope should get a notification regarding their completing the envelope, if they do not see such notifications, please have them check their spam and trash folders: https://support.docusign.com/s/articles/Why-aren-t-my-signers-receiving-DocuSign-Notification-emails

Hello,

Thank you for reaching back.

If your colleague is under your same account, you can share your Manage Tab, and they would have access to your envelopes and can download them for you, however, if what you need is for them to download envelopes that have been sent to you for signature and is not in your same account it can not be done unless they are part of that envelopes signing order.

To be able to share access to your Manage Tab, you would need the assistance of your account Admin: https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?bundleId=pik1583277475390&topicId=ddd1660785625415.html&_LANG=enus

You can allow other users to send and manage envelopes so that operations do not stop when you are not available. Contact your administrator to activate this feature.
