How do I add a supplemental document. When I try to add a new file into a new envelop the drop down doesn't allow me to select Supplemental Document? Is there a certain level of license I need as I have a single user license.

Yes, supplemental documents are a feature that is not available for some plans, is a paid feature for some plans, and is included in other plans.
