Hi, do you know if its possible to get notified when say one person signs when there are 3 people required to sign? At present we will get an email once all signers have signed the documents. Can you find out as soon as each person has or it has to wait for all 3 to sign before we get notified?

Hello,
Unfortunately, there is no notification to the sender after each recipient signs the document. There is a notification when the entire workflow is completed.
You can control which email notifications you receive as both a sender and a recipient by clicking on the profile picture menu at the top right and choosing My Preferences, then Email Notifications from the left side navigation.
Some options to consider:
1. There is an email notification the first time each recipient view the documents
2. If you have a sequential signing order, you can add yourself as a recipient (Receives a Copy) after each recipient so you get an email following each signer.
