Is it possible to upgrade one seat in a business account to “Business Pro” and pay the higher fee for that seat, while the remaining seats remain and are charged for the “Signature” plan?

Hi @JLee,

Welcome to the Docusign Community!

We are glad to have you here and can't wait to help share as much knowledge as possible.

I understand that you are looking to set your user’s plan individually, and I will share more details on this topic. This is not possible, as the billing model for DocuSign eSignature is account wide. The best way to workaround this design would be opening a second account to host the user that will be working with the Business Pro plan.

Feel free to let us know if you need further assistance with this.

Thank you for using Docusign, we hope you have a wonderful rest of your day!

Best regards,
