Hello, I am a sender, one of the signatories no longer needs to sign the document. How can I change the document status to complete without having to send the document again without that person?

I apologize for the inconvenience, I understand that you want to set the document to complete now that one of the signers does not need to sign the envelope.

You will need to "Correct" the envelope and either remove the recipient or change the recipient role to Carbon Copy Recipient.
