Is it possible to allow users (with CLM Viewer permission) to only access documents from their own sector?

For example, I’ve set a user persona as Finance. Therefore I want this user to view documents only if their sector attribute is Finance.

I’ll take suggestions 😁

Hey @MatheusAlcantara , Why not so there is a step called “Update security” in which have options to configure your security settings, you can see in the SS. I am sharing the Support article link in which you will get clear understanding of this step.

Hello @MatheusAlcantara

If you are looking set the permission to view a document, will be done through the Workflow but if you wanna set the permission on the folder then it is gonna be very easy to set.

Thank you for your answer. I just learnt how to set permissions at folder level. But you got me curious on how this would be done.Could you detail that workflow soluction a bit more?
