Customizable Reminders

Hi,

 

I'd like to know if it's possible to customize reminder messages for signature requests. We need to send unique 1st, 2nd, and 3rd reminder templates to each signer. Currently, I only see a "Resend" option for documents; I’m not seeing a "Remind" option, nor any way to personalize the reminder message itself.

 

The last relevant question posed by a user about this was 6 months ago, so I’m wondering if there have been any updates.

That’s not possible but that’s a great idea! The automatic reminder are set at the envelope or template level, and it’s not possible to set it at the Signer level. 

Using “Resend” is the same as having a reminder sent to them- think of it as a reminder on an ad-hoc basis.

That's helpful, thank you. Can a reminder message be customized at the envelope level then? If so, how would I go about that?

The closest option would be to edit the Email Resource file, but that is an advance option, if you want to know if your plan allows this advance edit you will need to contact Docusign Support by creating a case, However,  any feedback that can improve our users’ experience is always welcome.
