Hi,
I'd like to know if it's possible to customize reminder messages for signature requests. We need to send unique 1st, 2nd, and 3rd reminder templates to each signer. Currently, I only see a "Resend" option for documents; I’m not seeing a "Remind" option, nor any way to personalize the reminder message itself.
The last relevant question posed by a user about this was 6 months ago, so I’m wondering if there have been any updates.
