Customizable Reminders

That’s not possible but that’s a great idea! The automatic reminder are set at the envelope or template level, and it’s not possible to set it at the Signer level. 

Using “Resend” is the same as having a reminder sent to them- think of it as a reminder on an ad-hoc basis.

The closest option would be to edit the Email Resource file, but that is an advance option, if you want to know if your plan allows this advance edit you will need to contact Docusign Support by creating a case, However,  any feedback that can improve our users’ experience is always welcome. To open a support case in the Docusign Support Center, go to the "Get Support" section and select "Open a Support Case". Log in using your Docusign credentials and select a case subject. If you have multiple Docusign accounts, choose the appropriate account to continue. Open a case in the Docusign Support Center.
