Signer not receiving document

Hello.

 

The Executive Director at my company frequently receives documents to sign from Docusign. For some reason, in the past few days, she does not receive the email to sign the documents I send in Docusign.. I am not sure what changed, as it was fine last week. I have already read the DocuSign support article about this. It is odd because she has never had a problem receiving emails to sign documents until 2 days ago.

We’re having the same issues, but not receiving much support.  Have logged an issue at 12:20 and selected Callback.  Callback came at 7:00pm when out of office.  Scheduled a support meeting for 8:00am but they called back at 5:00am so I was still out of office.  Now waiting on another callback, hopefully at 1:00pm.

I am having same issue.  Have had two different companies send me a document to sign and I never get the email.  when my (for example) lawyer changes to my work account I get a cancellation email from docusign.

Not sure if you’ve tried checking your notification preferences (even if you think nothing has changed, it’s good to check).

Also check to see if the emails have gone to spam/junk or are being blocked by a firewall/anti-phishing program. Even if DocuSign hasn’t been blocked in the past behind-the-scenes updates can cause false-positives.

I have checked Docusign notifications.  they’re good


I spent hours with godaddy looking for something in firewalls or outlook back end. They can’t find any traces of the docusign signature request emails - they are the only docusign emails not getting through

Kind of at a loss

I know there was an issue a few months back where microsoft/outlook had blocked some (not all) DocuSign for some (not all) users. It may be worth checking to see if this has flared up again - I think I saw this reported on the microsoft forum, but I’m not sure.
