Hi Viv,

You can check the version of the installed packages under “Installed Packages” under Setup in Salesforce.

The package name and namespace prefix helps you determine which package and version is installed. The legacy version has “DocuSign eSignature for Salesforce” as package name and “dsfs” as namespace prefix. You want to make sure you have the DocuSign Apps Launcher (DAL) installed, as this is the correct package going forward.

DocuSign eSignature for Salesforce

Package Name: DocuSign Apps Launcher

Namespace prefix: dsfle

Latest Version: 6.2.0

Legacy DocuSign eSignature for Salesforce

Package Name: DocuSign eSignature for Salesforce

Namespace prefix: dsfs

Latest Version: 7.12.4

In case you are still on the legacy version, please review the following DocuSign Support article on how to migrate from Legacy eSignature for Salesforce to the new eSignature for Salesforce Package: https://support.docusign.com/s/articles/DFS-DAL-Migrating-from-DocuSign-s-Legacy-eSignature-for-Salesforce-to-the-New-eSignature-for-Salesforce-Package?language=en_US
