how can I add a new signature request to a template document, as well as reposition some of the signature request boxes? When I hit edit all I can change is my message and the fields of possible signature requests.

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.

To edit a Rooms template, you would need to reach out to your Rooms admin as these templates are configured with their settings. They would need to go to:

  1. Admin Settings
  2. Company
  3. Rooms templates

Or, you would need a permission set that allows you to edit these templates yourself, which can be found under Company Settings: https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?bundleId=hyt1643056100211&topicId=kbt1572968389824.html&_LANG=enus
