We have a customer who started a process in December and then decided to not move forward. Now, in late Feb,, the customer would like to move forward but the envelope has expired. Is there a way to reset the expiration date and be able to send the same envelope or any work around?

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.

We apologize for the inconvenience but once an envelope is voided no further action can be taken on it, you will need to send a new envelope.

You can create a copy of the envelope to expedite the creation.

Let us know if you need further assistance with this.

For ease, you can copy the DocuSign. It creates a duplicate of the former DocuSign including the docs and signing areas. You can then make needed corrections or updates and send it out newly. You find copy under the "MORE" button in the actual DocuSign. Hope that helps.
