Scotia Bank is asking for the verification to show on the signed document and I have no idea how to ensure that is does or even what she is talking about. Can you please let me know how to get it to show it is a verified signature?

There is a Certificate of Completion with every completed DocuSign envelope, see the following DocuSign article...
