I have created a template that is not behaving.
The private message is not sticking when template applied to the document for ONE of the recipients (a witness). The PM for the other 4 recipients work……
Any ideas?

I’m sorry to hear that your template is not working as expected, I understand the private message is sticking to all recipients except for the witness.
To better assist you with a solution, can you provide the actual template in a JSON file? This can be done by downloading the template as shown in the following article: Download templates
