Clickwrap Volumes

I need a way to count how many Clickwraps our account has used. I did see the article on signing insights but that only provides the last 30 days. Can I pull a report as an org admin to obtain this information?

I understand you would like to get a report on how many clickwraps the account has used.

 

Sure, you would need to go to Reports > Usage > Elastic Templates Usage Report. Please note that this report is named as the 'Elastic Template Usage Report' to align with launch of Elastic Signing in November 2022, which is an advanced type of clickwrap. Clickwrap agreements are charged as if they were envelopes, however the 'agreement' does not exist until the signer clicks Agree or Decline as their answer to the agreement. An un-answered agreement does not incur a charge: Elastic Templates Usage Report
