I hope I am making sense, and it’s probably somewhere but unable to find exactly. Is there a way to send a document for completion based on first signer inputting 2nd signer’s email address? Basically i know who the first signer will be, but that person will know who the second signer will be. Is there a way to set it up so that i send to the first signer and 1st signer inputs 2nd signer’s email within the document, and then once submitted, goes to that person to complete/sign?

Yes, you're making perfect sense — and yes, DocuSign supports this exact scenario. What you're looking for is called a "Allow recipient to specify recipient" setup, where the first signer enters the second signer's email during signing.
