If you send someone a docusign link, and they have a forward rule on to someone else, can that someone else access the docusign link do you know? Or is it restricted to the person it was shared with

I understand you would like to know if a 3rd person can access a DocuSign link if forwarded to them.

The answer is yes if the envelope does not have a login requirement nor an authentication method, and it is forwarded to someone who is not set as a delegated signer for that recipient, they will be able to access it: https://support.docusign.com/s/articles/Forwarded-Signing-Invitation-Emails?language=en_US
