I keep getting signatories telling me they tried to sign a document but it has expired. I have to resend documents that were only sent a week ago. There is no way to set an expiry date, how do I find a document's expiry date? AND how do I change it?

Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.

In order to set the envelope Expiration date you will need to do it in the Advance Settings during the envelope creation, please see Set advanced options for an envelope or template for more information.

The envelope that you are referring to what is the current status that is displayed in the details?
