e-signature document is completed and received as complete but after review, there are fields that were left blank. Can the signer reopen the document, complete the missing info and resend?

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.

You can apply changes to any envelope or recipient that has not been marked as completed.

Once a recipient completes their action (or the envelope), the system will not accept any further alterations.

You can find more details regarding how to correct an envelope, here:

To prevent this from reoccurring in the future, I would suggest looking into setting your fields as "Required", which will force the recipient to complete all the signature fields before the envelope can be completed.

Feel free to let us know if you need further assistance with this

Thank you for using DocuSign, we hope you have a wonderful rest of your day!
