Payment Method Not Updating

We updated the payment method on our account several months ago because our old payment method expired 2/24. We continue to have access to DocuSign and are being charged to the new payment method. However, every time we log on we still get a banner on the top of the screen saying that our payment method is expiring 2/24 and needs to be updated. How do we get this rid of this banner?
