when I sign a document myself or send out an envelope, whether my own nor the ID-card of other persons show up.
What I need to see is the “DocuSigned by:”-Tag (ID-card) that normally shows up with every signature, but for some reason, it is not visible. The box in the settings to display my own ID-card is checked.
Can somebody help me please?

Solved!
The problem was resolved yesterday with the help of our IT department. A setting had been made by the administrator for all employee licenses, which caused the frame not to be displayed.
