I’m new to being a user of Docusign after a dozen years of signng for vendors/providers/clients. However, the onboarding has been very difficult. I was not able to utilize my first months 5 agreements for signature because I could not always upload from google drive.
I’ve set up envelopes and used docusign successfully twice so I thought my learning curve was short.
However, today it tell mes “only an Administrator can establish the sequence for followup if document is not signed righ away i am the only user on my team I was recognized as Administrator in December but now not. This is crazy and a big waste of my time. It appears I’ve now lost the envelope and agreement because i didn’t click through to send since I wanted to get some help with the sequence. I’ve just lost over an hour of my time.
