Hello,

I have a document that has already been signed by 34 people and only one person was missing. Unfortunately the envelope expired last night, and I can't restart it, I feel like I can't do anything now that the envelope has been invalidated for expiry.

Did you manage to extend the validity period once the envelope had already expired?

Thanks

@LegalMxpBCP

You can only extend the validity period before the envelope expires by correcting the envelope.

When the envelope is already expired, it has reached its final stage and cannot be edited afterwards.

Unfortunately, you need to resend it to everyone. You can do this by creating a copy of the envelope.
