We’re excited to announce that agreement sets are now available across all IAM-supported plans, everywhere Navigator is available. This new feature helps you logically group agreements—such as HR documents, contracts up for renewal, or procurement agreements—and manage access to these sets with ease.
Why agreement sets?
Until now, contract managers could either manage all agreements in a repository or share them one by one. But when you’re dealing with thousands of agreements, that can be tricky. With agreement sets, you can create different collections of agreements, each with their own access levels for users and groups.
With agreement sets, contract managers can now:
-
Filter agreements based on attributes or manually select them
-
Group agreements into named sets
-
Assign access in bulk to users and groups

How it works
Agreement sets function similarly to folders but with added flexibility:
-
An agreement can belong to multiple sets (unlike traditional folders, which only allow one location per document).
-
Agreement sets allow contract managers to organize agreements based on business needs while controlling who can access them.
-
With agreement sets, contract managers can assign the right agreements to the right teams—all without exposing unnecessary documents or requiring IT administrators to manage access.
Who can use agreement sets?
Contract managers or any user with the “organize and manage all agreements” permission can create and manage agreement sets.
