At Plat.ai, one of Norvik’s key contributions is integrating Docusign’s eSignature and E-Vault services into the loan origination process. Plat.ai’s streamlined, paperless Plat Loan Origination System enables clients and lenders to securely handle and store documents from application to final approval. Plat.ai’s solution uses Docusign embedded signing, Dynamic Document Generation, and eVault services, enabling borrowers applying for home improvement loans to view, complete, and sign all required documents. By embedding Docusign capabilities, the platform boosts efficiency, reduces manual effort, and provides a robust audit trail, instilling trust and convenience at each step of the loan lifecycle.
