Question

Webforms and Uploads

Forum|alt.badge.img+2

I have created a webform for a requestor to input some vendor information for approval; however, the requestor must attach a document to the beginning form for the next recipients to use for the next steps of approval. However, I am unable to put in an upload field into the Webform. How can I create a fix for the issue?

To Review: Webform Requestor would input their information→ Same requestor will upload attachment→ Routed to recipient 2→ Routed to recipient 3.

@Rshobak

At this point in time Docusign Web Forms do not support the attachment field that you know from Docusign eSignature yet.

With the Docusign FY25 Release 2, there will be enhancements to Advanced Web Forms, which include the attachment field.

Oh thank you! Is there an estimates release date for that?

Is there a way that I add a recipient that is immediately routed back to the requestor to attach the document?
