How do i resend the document for e-signature. The signatory confirmed saying it was not received initially. Hence, i want to resend it. There were 3 signatories. Two of them already signed it

How do i resend the document for e-signature. The signatory confirmed saying it was not received initially. Hence, i want to resend it. There were 3 signatories. Two of them already signed it

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community. 

You can resend your envelope under Manage>Sent>Resend.

Remember that you are always welcome to create a case and have a Support Expert take a closer look at your envelope.

If you are not able to open the case on the same page, you should scroll down to More Support Options and select "I can't reset my password or don't have an account." you will have the option of filling out the form or calling Support.
