I believe my account has been hacked. I received a notification that someone was attempting to log in and a verification code. I did not request these. I have since logged in myself and changed my password. Can you please look for fraudulent activity

Please contact the DocuSign Support team you will find links at the bottom of this page to get them to investigate this for you.
Sadly the community does not have any kind of access to your account or the back end systems to help you.
