How do i sign the doc then send out for others to sign?

The best option in my opinion is to add yourself to the envelope workflow, basically make yourself Recipient 1. I recommend Signing Order as well, therefore as Recipient 1 in Signing Order 1, you would continue adding Recipients as needed who need to sign as well.

The great part is upon sending DocuSign should recognize you as the first Signer (if you are logged into DocuSign using the same email address and the email address used for Recipient 1) and ask you to Sign Now or Sign Later, so you could Sign Now, add your Signature and then the envelope proceeds to the next Recipient(s).
