I signed the document with a default signature and I want to change by the signature I created. Can I?

No, once signed and completed the document in the envelope is locked and the signature cannot be removed or altered even by the Sender. If the envelope has not processed entirely through ALL Recipients, then the envelope can be voided and a new envelope sent but you would need to contact the Sender for that to occur.
