how to change a name an email that sent you a document to review and sign?

Hi All, 

Can you please help me how can I change behalf of name that comes with docusign.

In addition to the solution from @neethujkp you could also look into custody transfer rules. A common use case is to transfer the envelope prior to first send to a different user, then this user account will be the sender from the envelope instead of you. If you just want to change the name that appears, it is taken from your Docusign account, where you can update it if needed.

If you have Advanced Features like Resource File enabled in your account, you can customize and remove these details. Resource files are an optional method to control the text elements in your account signing view and for emails sent by your account. 

 

Customizing resource files is an advanced branding configuration option which can significantly impact your account, and should be done only by someone with expertise in XML and HTML. The master resource files are subject to change without notice. If you customize your resource files, after each release, Docusign recommends you review any changes and update your custom files as needed.

In order to check if you have resource file enabled, go to settings → Brands → Select Brand → Edit→ Resource Files will be shown like in the image below.
