Hi
I need hep in setting up docusign for myself and 2 other employees to use on the app. I all I need is to figure out how we can all access the same templates to send envelopes, through the app and the website.

You need to create a new Permission Profile to assign to your other employees with the permission to share templates. Then everyone can create templates and share them with other people.
I suggest to use a Shared Template Folder to organise the templates. This way you only need to set up the sharing once and then everyone can add templates and use templates from that shared folder.
