How do I change the country code for telephone when I want to sign

How do I change the country code for telephone when I want to sign . now the country code is France but it should be Netherlands. 

 

How do I as signer change that. or has it to be changed by the originator ?

Thank you for the response. I already thought that the envelop’s sender is the person who has to update my phone number. 

I hav sent your response to the envelop sender, and hope that the problem will resolve quickly.
