Is it possible to send a doc/envelope and have someone sign it without receiving the DocuSign box around the signature on the final document?

This is called the DocuSign Frame showing "DocuSign By" and can be removed at an Account level by having any DocuSign Admin "remove the frame". See the following DocuSign article and review the section called "Signature Options"...
