Signatory witness

I have a document I am sending that requires 3 signatures plus 1 witness. I don't know the witness details, can the signatory add these details in when he receives it, so the form gets sent to the witness to sign or do I need the details before I send the envelope

There are several options in regards to allowing a Recipient to add another Recipient, specically they are "Specify Recipient" or "Update Recipient". Here is a DocuSign article on these advanced Manager Recipients...
