Recipient Shared Access Email box

Recipients email account is a shared access email box, several people have access.

 

Is it possible for them to sign the report with this shared email account setup as the recipient?

You are welcome to the Docusign Community!

 

A recipient(user) can only sign in behalf of another recipient(user) if using Delegation.
