I have a separate legacy account that was suspended due to credit card expiration. This account is under an admin account that I do not have access to. I can still log in and have access to old documents, which is all I need from this account. Will I always have access to this information in my suspended account or is there an expiration date on it when I will no longer be able to see these old documents?
Access to Suspended Account's Docs

Hi
Accounts with suspended status due to payment usually have a specific period for access, and after this period the account is closed (removing users' access to the account).
My suggestion is that you contact the Customer Support Team to check what can be done so that you don't lose access to the account.
