DocuSign reminder email not sending to customer after 24 hours.

In Reminders and Expiration, I've updated the fields as the above screen shot. I need to get only one Reminder after 24 hours and stop. Please let me know the steps in order to achieve it.

Didn't see any screenshot associated to this post. Reminders are done with Days, so the value would be "1" if you wanted to send a Reminder 24 hours after the envelope was sent. Then leave the Continue to Send Reminders blank or perhaps "0", not sure what the default would be for this setting to send no further Reminders.
