Hello,
Welcome to the DocuSign Community!
You can go to the Manage page where there are all your envelopes.
Select the envelope that you want to get the Audit trail document (Certificate of Completion), on the right there is the actions button then you can select what to do, on your case, Download.
A pop-up window will show up, select all checkboxes or only the Certificate of Completion. Click in the Download button.
Check your Downloads folder to open the downloaded file.
