How do I obtain previously signed documents that were not downloaded?

If you have signed up for a DocuSign account, all documents that you signed after account creation are available in your DocuSign account. Documents that you signed before creating a DocuSign account are the same as if you did not create a DocuSign account. In this case you can access the previously signed documents via the link in the email from DocuSign for each document that you signed.
